In most cases, no title is no problem as long as you have your driver’s license and a copy of your registration. Please notify us of this information as soon as possible.

What if I lost my registration?

If we need a copy of your registration in order to pick up your vehicle, you should be able to obtain this information from your states motor vehicle department website.

What if I have a title but I am not the owner of the car?

You will have to have the title signed off to you buy the owner of the vehicle and have the necessary permission from the current owner to get rid of the car.

Purchased property with an abandoned car on it?

Call your local police station for special instructions on the proper paperwork needed for abandoned vehicles left on your property. You will need to do this before a tower is dispatched.

How fast can you really pick up my car?

Many of our towers are equipped to pick up vehicles within 24 hour. In more densely populated areas same day service is available upon request.

Do I need to have a title?

You DO NOT need a title if :
You own the vehicle.
The car is 10 years or older.
You have the registration in your name.

Do I have to be with the car?

It is possible for you to make arrangements with the tow driver to leave the car at a specified location with the necessary documentation in the car.

Can you pay me some other way other than cash?

Yes, we can mail you a check or a money order.

What should I do after I sell my junk car to you?
